FreshFragrance sells fragrance products to customers in the United Kingdom. All products are subject to availability, and we reserve the right to limit quantities, discontinue products, or refuse service at our discretion where permitted by law. We make every effort to ensure that product descriptions, images, and prices are accurate; however, minor variations may occur and we cannot guarantee that colours, packaging, or descriptions displayed online will exactly match the physical product. Prices are listed in pounds sterling (£) and include VAT where applicable, unless stated otherwise.

When placing an order with FreshFragrance, you agree that the information you provide is accurate, complete, and up to date. Orders are considered accepted once payment has been successfully processed and confirmation has been provided. We reserve the right to cancel or refuse any order, including in cases of suspected fraud, pricing errors, stock issues, or misuse of our services. Payment for orders must be made in full at the time of purchase, and payments are processed securely through third-party payment providers. FreshFragrance does not store or have access to customers’ full payment card details.

Delivery times provided are estimates only and may vary due to factors beyond our control. FreshFragrance is not responsible for delays caused by courier services, incorrect address details provided by the customer, or events outside our reasonable control. Risk of loss or damage to products passes to the customer once the order has been delivered to the provided address. Customers are responsible for ensuring that delivery details are correct at the time of purchase.

Due to the nature of fragrance and personal care products, returns and refunds may be limited for hygiene and safety reasons. Faulty or damaged items must be reported within a reasonable time after receipt, and proof of purchase may be required. Where applicable, refunds or replacements will be handled in accordance with UK consumer law, including the Consumer Rights Act 2015. These terms do not affect your statutory rights.
