Billing Terms of Service

These Billing Terms and Conditions apply to all purchases made from FreshFragrance, whether online or in person. By placing an order and providing payment details, you agree to these billing terms. All prices are displayed in pounds sterling (£) and include VAT where applicable, unless otherwise stated. FreshFragrance reserves the right to change prices at any time, however any price changes will not affect orders that have already been confirmed and paid for.

Payment for all products must be made in full at the time of purchase. We accept payments through secure third-party payment providers, which may include card payments or other accepted methods available at the time of checkout or point of sale. FreshFragrance does not store, process, or have access to customers’ full payment card details, and all transactions are handled securely by the relevant payment provider in accordance with their own terms and security standards. By completing a payment, you confirm that you are authorised to use the selected payment method.

In the event that a payment is declined, fails, or is later reversed or charged back, FreshFragrance reserves the right to cancel or suspend the associated order until payment is successfully completed. We may also take reasonable steps to recover any outstanding amounts owed. Orders will not be dispatched or completed until full payment has been received and cleared. FreshFragrance is not responsible for delays or losses resulting from failed or delayed payments caused by banks, payment providers, or incorrect billing information supplied by the customer.

Customers are responsible for ensuring that all billing information provided is accurate, complete, and up to date. FreshFragrance shall not be liable for any issues arising from incorrect billing details, including delayed orders or failed transactions. If a pricing or billing error occurs due to a technical or administrative mistake, FreshFragrance reserves the right to correct the error and cancel or amend the affected order, providing a full refund where payment has already been taken.

Refunds, where applicable, will be issued to the original payment method used at the time of purchase unless otherwise required by law. Processing times for refunds may vary depending on the payment provider and financial institution, and FreshFragrance is not responsible for delays once a refund has been authorised. These billing terms do not affect your statutory rights under UK consumer law, including rights under the Consumer Rights Act 2015.

FreshFragrance reserves the right to update or amend these Billing Terms and Conditions at any time. Any changes will take effect immediately upon being published on our website or made available at point of sale. Continued use of our services or completion of a purchase following such changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
